Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through  i-sculpture.com operated by ATELIER VENEZIA SRL / Altman Atelier Venezia (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Because our products include handmade jewelry, luxury artistic objects, sculptures, limited editions, and custom-made works, special refund conditions apply.

 

1. General Policy

We strive to ensure that every piece delivered reflects the artistic quality and craftsmanship of our brand.

Due to the exclusive and artistic nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-cancellable:

  • Custom-made jewelry

  • Personalized or engraved items

  • Commissioned artworks or sculptures

  • Made-to-order products

  • Limited-edition creations

  • Digital design services or concept work

  • Deposits paid for production or artistic development

Once production has begun on a custom or commissioned item, refunds cannot be issued.

 

3. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

Returns or refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged during shipping

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect

  • The return request is approved by the Company in writing

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

 

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order information

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Requests must be sent to:

We may offer:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Partial or full refund

depending on the situation and at our discretion.

 

5. Return Conditions

Approved returns must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include original packaging and certificates (if applicable)

  • Be securely packed and insured during shipment

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.

We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during return shipping.

 

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible

  • Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are generally non-refundable

Approved refunds may take up to 14 business days to process after the returned item is received and inspected.

 

7. Custom Projects and Artistic Services

For bespoke artistic projects, sculpture commissions, design services, or collaborative developments:

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Design stages already completed are billable

  • Production costs already incurred cannot be refunded

Separate written agreements may apply to custom projects.

 

8. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery of an order without prior approval:

  • Shipping costs

  • Return shipping fees

  • Customs charges

  • Insurance fees

may be deducted from any approved refund.

 

9. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and Company approval.

Because many works are limited editions or unique artistic creations, exact replacements may not always be available.
